1. Definitions
“Budget Taxi Groningen” refers to the taxi service operating in Groningen and surrounding areas. “Passenger” refers to the customer booking or using our services.
2. Booking a Ride
A booking can be made via phone, website or partner dispatch. All bookings are subject to availability.
3. Prices and Rates
We use the official Dutch taxi maximum rates unless a fixed price has been agreed in advance.
4. Cancellations
Passengers may cancel free of charge up to the moment the driver has been dispatched. After dispatch, costs may apply depending on the distance already travelled.
5. Delays and Traffic
Travel times are estimates. Budget Taxi Groningen is not liable for delays caused by traffic, diversions or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Lost items may be returned when found, but no guarantees can be given.
7. Conduct in the Vehicle
Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver and other road users. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of the ride.
8. Payment
Payment can be made in cash, by card or via other accepted payment methods. Payment must be completed at the end of the ride unless agreed otherwise.
9. Safety
Seatbelts must be worn at all times. The driver may refuse service if a situation is unsafe or unlawful.
10. Liability
Budget Taxi Groningen is not liable for indirect damages, delays or losses unless caused by deliberate misconduct.
11. Changes
Budget Taxi Groningen may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on this website.
